Usage License
RML grants you a limited license to access the Site and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the instructions and guidelines posted on the Site. RML does not currently access and store sensitive website login data as part of its daily operations. Therefore we will not accept any responsibility or liability for actions that may result from this data being intercepted or accessed by an unauthorized third-party.

These Terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between RML and you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without reference to conflict of law principles. If any provision of the Terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Terms shall be severed accordingly.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Ron Meyers & Associates, PLLC, you consent to receive periodic SMS (text) messages from the Firm. These messages may include updates regarding your legal matter, appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, or other communications directly related to your relationship with the Firm.
Providing Accurate Contact Information
You affirm that the mobile phone number provided is accurate, current, and owned by you. You agree to notify the Firm immediately if your contact information changes or if you are no longer the subscriber of the provided number. Updates should be sent to freeconsult@rm-law.us.
Nature of Communications
By voluntarily providing your number, you consent to receive both automated and non-automated text messages from the Firm. Message frequency may vary based on your communication needs. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of representation or consultation.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may discontinue receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to any text message received from the Firm; or
- Emailing freeconsult@rm-law.us with your request to opt out.
Upon receipt, you will receive a final confirmation message verifying your opt-out.

In connection with this service, we may collect information such as your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and message activity (date, time, and content). This data is used exclusively to manage and support our SMS communications with you.
Service Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SMS messaging at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ron Meyers & Associates, PLLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your voluntary provision of a mobile number not owned by you, your failure to update us regarding changes to your contact information, or any alleged violation of applicable telecommunication laws.
Participation Requirements
By participating in this SMS service, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess a wireless device capable of receiving text messages, and have a valid text messaging plan with a participating carrier.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
