  I was referred to Ron Meyers by my union President and another fellow firefighter.  It was a great decision.  Ron and Mindy have been very professional.  I could not have chosen a better firm to represent me.  I believe they are the best!  In my situation, I have cancerous lymphoma. It was necessary to get radiation treatment for it.  The radiation treatment has caused numerous and serious degrading effects on me.  I am up against a self-insured city and their insurance manager who appear to do everything in their power to get out of paying for legitimate claims. In my case my employer denied a presumptive disease claim for malignant melanoma which I contracted as a consequence of my 35 years as a professional firefighter. He and his staff took the case all the way to the Washington State Supreme Court where we prevailed over the municipality. Ron has an acute, personal, knowledge of the hazards associated with firefighting which allows him to argue the exposure potentials facing all firefighters.
