Our office will be on your left across from Northwest Sports Medicine Center. Free parking is available directly in front of our office.

Get on I5 North. Use the right lane to take Exit 111 for WA-510 E/Marvin Road South toward Yelm. Keep right and take the Martin Rd S Exit toward Yelm onto WA 510 East and continue toward Quinault Drive NE. At the traffic circle, continue onto Quinault Drive NE, driving for .2 miles. Turn right onto Skokomish Way NE directly after passing the Costco on your right. Drive for 0.2 miles and turn right onto Hoh St NE. Turn left onto Tallon Ln NE. Turn right into the parking lot across from Northwest Sports Medicine Center. Our office is located at the corner of the lot to the left of Beau Legs Fish & Chips.
